To qualify for the Student/Young Researcher fee, you should be up to 35 years of age and enrolled as a student (graduate or undergraduate) or as a postdoctoral fellow. Please upload your proof of enrolment as a scanned pdf document in your personal area.

CREDIT CARD
Online payment must be made at the end of the registration process. To ensure that transactions are made securely and to avoid any possible fraudulent use of the card, the system may request authentication codes for the card, provided by your bank to operate on the internet.
BANK TRANSFER
Bank details are available in your personal area.
A copy of the bank transfer should be sent by e-mail to invoices@icomst2025.com, including the reference ‘ICoMST2025” and the name of the attendee. After the payment is verified, your online registration will be acknowledged and the ‘paid’ status will appear in your personal area.
Refunds will apply in case of cancellation. Cancellations received before June 30, 2025, will have a penalty of 30% for administration fees, after this date the penalty will be 100% of the expenses. All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat.
Name changes are allowed until 10th July 2025.
